Beast In Town--- Micromax Yuphoria....

Image
Yu Yuphoria is the new smartphone from  Micromax ’s founder Rahul Sharma’s YU smartphone brand, which runs CyanogenMod OS 12. The YU Yuphoria’s biggest USP is of course the price. It will cost Rs 6,999 and has a metal-frame body. The basic features of the Yuphoria are: 5-inch HD screen, Snapdragon 410 processor, 2GB RAM, 16GB ROM, CyanogenMod OS 12 running on Android 5.0 and an eight megapixel rear camera with a five megapixel rear camera. Design, Screen:  Yu Yuphoria definitely looks great for a Rs 6,999 smartphone and the metal frame gives this smartphone an expensive look, which users in this budget category will appreciate. The Yuphoria comes in black with buffed steel and a white with champagne gold colour option. Yuphoria is 8.25 mm thick, weighs 143 gms, although when you hold the smartphone it feels bulky and doesn’t really look that thin. In terms of design, Yuphoria’s camera is bang in the middle of the smartphone’s back cover (a point that Rahul Sh...

NOKIA LUMIA 730 Review

Image
Price:-Rs. 13500/- on march 2015 The Microsoft Lumia 730 does the job that it was built for very well and then some. The phone is not the best that you can expect, but it is still one of the better Lumia devices that you can buy right now. It has good cameras on the front and back and will fit users who use their phones for basic mails, social networking and of course, selfies. This one’s nostalgic. One of the last phones by Nokia also ranks among its best under the Lumia brand. If the  Lumia 1020  had the best smartphone camera and the  Lumia 520  was Nokia getting the budget line right, then the Lumia 730 is Nokia getting as close to the perfect mid-range phone as it could have. The  Lumia 730  is an amalgamation of almost every Lumia smartphone till date and even though it is tagged as the ‘Selfie’ phone, there’s more to it than just that. So here’s what we thought of one of the last phones that Nokia built. Build and Design Th...

Depth Moto E review

What is the Motorola Moto E? The Motorola Moto E is a slightly smaller, slightly cheaper alternative to the  Moto G , the highest-selling phone Motorola has ever made.  For around £80 you get a simple, pretty high-quality mobile with fewer cutbacks than you’d see in a Samsung phone of the same price, and none of the odd design choices common to lesser-known brands like Huawei and ZTE. It’s not quite as market-shaping a device as the Moto G, but it is another bargain. Motorola Moto E – Design The Motorola Moto E is a very simple-looking, non-showy little phone. Its body is plastic, there are no particularly attention-grabbing design quirks and it cares much more about feeling comfortable in-hand than being super-thin.  At 12.3mm thick the Moto E is a chunky little mobile, but the smooth curves of the soft touch back are a delight. It’s a fair bit softer-feeling than the Moto G too. Other than being smaller – but tubbier – than the Moto G, the main design diffe...
